Job Description:
We are seeking a driven leader with a passion for growth and purpose to join our long-standing organization, which has been an industry leader for over 120 years. This role involves leading a small team to manage and service existing accounts, while also identifying new business opportunities. As you grow into this position, you'll receive expert training, with the goal of transitioning into the Agency Director role by mastering our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain relationships with an existing client base.
- Research and identify new business opportunities (B2B).
- Supervise team activities and ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Train and develop new team members on our systems.
- Report daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development on a daily basis.

- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort functioning in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure setting.
- Passion for relationship-building and helping others.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Compensation:
- Income potential: $1,500 - $5,000 weekly, based on performance.
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Clean background and reliable transportation required.
- 30-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
