USmile is a premier orthodontic practice offering innovative solutions, including Invisalign clear aligners, to provide our patients with exceptional care both in-person and remotely. We’re seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant with experience in orthodontic assisting and a strong background in braces, Invisalign, and Itero technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist orthodontists in a range of procedures, including those involving Invisalign and traditional braces
• Prepare and maintain examination areas, ensuring patient comfort and compliance with health and safety standards
• Utilize Itero technology to assist in creating digital impressions and treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care for orthodontic appliances

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Orthodontic Assistant
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program
• Familiarity with dental or orthodontic clinic operations
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive, outgoing personality with a compassionate bedside manner
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing with our team

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Flexibility to work across our five locations: Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Phoenix
