Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, depositing manual payments and going to the bank
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to Allstate VIP clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Enrolling customers into discounts
    • Handling reviews of Property Inspections
  • Client Interaction:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments for VIP clients, optimizing the team's efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Allstate policies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the VIP Team to support their administrative needs and contribute to a seamless client service experience.
  • Data Entry:
    • Input and update client information in the system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Proactively identify and address potential issues, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • License: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration and customer service roles is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
